01/04/2020 - Day 1

10:30 – 11:15 Stretching session 1

  • Full body stretching
  • Exercises for improving your abilities before your training session

11:15 – 13:15   Water session 1

  • Surface exercises with frontal snorkel, snorkelling fins, goggles and nose clip
  • Exercises underwater with neck weight
  • Exercises of core control of your body

13:15 – 14:30 Lunch & Break

14:30 – 15:00  Presentation

15:00 – 16:30  Theory 1

  • The importance of Hydrodynamics and Technique
  • Focus on videos in dynamic apnea and fin swimming

16:30 – 18:00 Gym session 1

  • Static exercises
